Crucial, Important points regarding the Solution
1. People
joining the movement and displaying the message, must observe the rules in a purist
i.e.100% way, because a person putting up the message and then breaking the rules, due to
any excuse, will do much more harm to the movement than a person not joining.
For the same reason, please do not put message stickers on others' vehicles, let
the owner put it up consciously. Target of the movement is not to put stickers on maximum
vehicles in Pune. Let this not become yet another sticker fad.
2. Core strength of our movement is the declaration by each citizen in the movement, that "I follow ....". There have been many stickers and posters so far, which have no effect. Why? This is because, they advise others what to do. You must have seen a Riksha or a bus having a traffic message sticker, but the vehicle being driven haphazardly!
"I follow..." has an inherent potential strength, and when all such strengths of large number of citizens will get added, it will be a great strength and make transformation possible! This is similar to the strength of a magnet, where all individual atoms are charged and oriented in same direction!
Hence, if
you change the message slightly to fit your vehicle, it is ok, but please do not alter the
core message "I follow...", which is its soul.
3. Organizations wanting to support the movement and provide stickers will be welcome. Their name also (XYZ Ltd. Supports ..) can be added. However, as explained in point 2 above, the core message must not be altered.
4. Due to the point 1, let us not make the stickers free, even if any organizations sponsor these for their own employees or members or for general citizens. Each citizen wanting to join, will be required to pay a small amount so that he/she makes the decision consciously.
5. We can take support from all organizations, especially the social ones. However, we will need to keep away all political parties and religious outfits. Let us not have any help or message stickers from their funds. We have nothing against them, and All will be welcome as individuals, however, we must prevent polarization of the movement on any basis. It must remain a citizen's movement without any bias, at all times.
